This week we're celebrating Tyreece for being selected for the QLD Murri Rugby League side when playing at the 2025 Murri Carnival. ![]()
Tyreece played alongside his QLD Murri's teammates at the Caloundra Sharks JRLFC at the Sunshine Coast on July 2nd against the E Tu Hei Tia Uri Ariki (New Zealand Indigenous selection) side. ![]()
The QLD Murri side played well and came away with a hard fought 20-14 win, with Tyreece being awarded Player of the Match!!![]()
Your dedication, hard work and commitment are something our whole community can be proud of. Thank you for representing your family and Taribelang Bunda with strength and pride.![]()

Our Taribelang Bunda Rangers have been travelling out to Lady Musgrave Island, spending some incredible days on the reef caring for Country and strengthening their knowledge in marine conservation.![]()
Working alongside Reef Master Guide Eamon from Lady Musgrave Experience, our rangers gained valuable hands-on learning โ building skills in reef monitoring, conservation practices, and understanding the delicate balance of this unique ecosystem.![]()
From removing waste and keeping the island and surrounding waters clean, to tackling the destructive drupella snails that threaten our coral reefs, the team is playing an active role in protecting these important environments for future generations.![]()
Every step taken on the reef is guided by culture, responsibility, and a deep connection to Sea Country โ ensuring our milbi (turtles) and reef systems continue to thrive.![]()
Some powerful days spent learning, sharing, and conserving what matters most ๐![]()
